Terms of Use and Online Payments

These General Terms and Conditions govern the relationship between users and the company Venid Home Ltd. when using the website https://dineviresort.bg/ and making online payments through it.

Reservations and Payments:

Payments are made by bank cards via a secure payment system. The user agrees to the terms of payment, cancellation, and personal data protection before proceeding with a transaction.

Reservation Cancellation:

A reservation can be cancelled no later than 14 days prior to the check-in date – 30% of the reservation value will be retained. For cancellations made later or in case of no-show, the full amount will be charged. According to the requirements of the International Card Organizations and the General Terms for Card Payments via POS Terminal of UniCredit Bulbank, in case of a cancellation request related to goods/services paid with a bank card, the merchant must refund the respective amount only through a credit transaction to the same card used for the original payment.

Payment Disputes:

All disputes related to payments are handled by the merchant. Users may file a complaint via the contact email, including transaction details. If necessary, the dispute is settled by the competent court in the Republic of Bulgaria.

Privacy and Personal Data Protection:

The company collects and processes users’ personal data in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act and Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR). The data is used solely for processing reservations and communication with the client. It will not be shared with third parties, except under legal obligation.

Before completing the payment, the user must confirm that they are aware of and agree to the current Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy by checking the respective box.
