We accept guests’ reservations for the complex in total, and we define the apartment numbers only 2-3 days before arrival. Therefore, we cannot guarantee that you will be accommodated exactly in the apartment you want, especially if you arrive after June 20th. We will record and keep in mind your wish, but the possibility of this depends on how the accommodations of the guests before you pass.

Check-in for all complexes in Dinevi Resort is done through our main reception at the Diamant complex, open from 09:00 to 22:00.

Parking is free, subject to availability.

The maximum number of guests for each type of apartment is specified in the room descriptions and includes all adults and children. We do not allow more guests to stay in the apartment, even if it is a 4-6 year old child who will sleep with his or her parents. We do not have extra beds and no extra charge for an extra guest. If on the spot you find yourself more than acceptable, we will offer you a second room for an extra charge (if possible), but we may refuse accommodation.

Yes, all our apartments are equipped with individual wireless internet.

The possibility of late check-out is clear 2 days before departure and is discussed at the Diamond Reception.

The price of all room types includes 1 umbrella and 1 sun lounger per apartment per day, regardless of the number of guests – with a 20% discount off the regular price.

The bonus is given at the Diamant reception in the form of vouchers.

We love pets too and welcome them in our rooms for a fee of BGN 30 per day.

Yes, on arrival you will find the apartment loaded with linen and 2 towels for each guest. The change of underwear is twice a week.

With so many beautiful pools, our guests are tempted to try more than one pool. This is possible and free only if there is space available around the desired pool.

Instead of canceling, we recommend that you change your vacation dates with us during the same season, in which case you can use the full amount for the new dates.

You can pay for your vacation in cash (in BGN or EUR) or with Visa, Mastercard or Maestro.

As of 2018, only guests have booked their vacations directly through Laguna Tours (Dinevi Resort) and our partners have free access to entertainment for children and adults. This includes the Children’s Disco at the Arena Amphitheater, the Children’s Corner at the Beach and the adult shows at the Arena Amphitheater. To confirm that you are our guest at the entrance to the amphitheater, show the card you receive when registering at the Diamond Reception.
