Booking information

The prices indicated on our website are final, including VAT 9% or 20% (depending on the service) and resort tax. No additional booking or arrival fees are added to the price, regardless of the payment method chosen.

VENID HOME LTD reserves the right to change prices and special offers online and offline depending on demand and current availability. For already confirmed and paid reservations, the amount due does not change, regardless of the new price offers.

The price includes accommodation up to the maximum capacity of the apartment, WiFi, guarded parking, use of the swimming pool with sun loungers in the complex, 20% discount on the use of sun loungers and umbrellas on the beach in St. Vlas for each day of the apartment, change of linen and towels 1 time per week, access to an entertainment program for children, resort tax, VAT.

The following information is required from you for booking:

name, surname and number of guests ( adults and children up to 12 years old )
contact phone number
your chosen complex and type of apartment (one/two/three bedrooms)
arrival and departure dates, approximate time of arrival
any special room requests (but these are not obligatory)

For each reservation made, an advance payment of 30% of the total amount is due within 5 working days after confirmation. The remainder of the reservation is payable upon arrival.

The advance is paid electronically through the site at the time of booking, or by bank transfer to an account:

Reason – state date of arrival and name

If we do not receive the advance payment on time your booking is not guaranteed and may be cancelled.

Reservations made online through our website at the advantageous rate ‘Welcome’ are paid 100% in advance when booking.

In case of cancellation, the advance can be used for another reservation of these guests in the same season or the next.

Cancellation with a penalty of 100%, regardless of the date, is due for all reservations made online at the advantageous ‘Welcome’ rate, which is fully prepaid.

If you change the booking (instead of canceling) the amount will be recalculated, with no refund of overpaid amount.

Cancellation with a penalty of 100% regardless of the date is also due for reservations under special offers for which this is expressly mentioned in the terms of the offer.

In case of non-arrival on the check-in date (no-show), the full amount of the advance payment is due, without the right to use the amount for another reservation

Requests for changes in the parameters of paid reservations by the User are accepted only if made in writing – by e-mail to reservation@dineviresort.bg.

VENID HOME will do its best to satisfy the desire for change, but does not guarantee the outcome. Where possible, the change becomes effective upon written confirmation by VENID HOME and upon additional payment by the customer, if such is due under the new terms.

Customers do not owe any penalties or fees for booking changes.
