Aparthotel Vodenitsa is located in the immediate vicinity of the main street of St. Vlas and only about 350 m from the beach. Built in the typical Dinevi Resort style, the complex attracts guests with its sophisticated and modern interior and exterior design. The building has a beautiful green garden, where an old mill has been built in the center. This is where the name of the hotel comes from. In the courtyard of the complex there are children’s playgrounds, a swimming pool, as well as a restaurant offering delicious and varied food. Aparthotel Vodenitsa has well-equipped apartments, with one or two bedrooms.
A one-bedroom apartment can accommodate a maximum of 4 people, and a two-bedroom apartment – up to 6 people. The rooms are comfortable and cozy, with everything necessary available to ensure maximum comfort for guests. Each apartment consists of a small kitchen with a refrigerator, stove, microwave, a set of kitchen utensils, a cozy living room with a comfortable sofa, air conditioning and a bathroom. All rooms have balconies that overlook the garden of the complex.
