  • Prices listed on our site are final, with VAT included 9% or 20% (depending on the service) and resort tax. There are no additional fees for booking or on arrival, regardless of the payment method selected.

    LAGUNA TOURS Ltd. reserves the right to change prices and special offers online and offline, depending on the demand and available vacancies. For reservations already confirmed and paid, the amount due does not change, regardless of the new price offers.

    The price includes accommodation up to the maximum capacity of the apartment, WiFi, secure parking, use of the pool with sun beds, 2 deck chairs and 1 umbrella on the beach in St. Vlas for every day of the apartment, daily cleaning, linen and towels 2 times a week, access to a fun program for children, resort tax, VAT

  • The following information is required for your reservation:

    • name, surname and number of guests (adults and children under 12)
    • telephone to contact you
    • your chosen complex and type of apartment (one / two / three bedrooms)
    • arrival and departure dates, approximate time of arrival
    • special wishes to the room (but they are not mandatory)

    If choosing a complex makes it difficult for you, first go through our short quiz on the site, which will show you which complexes meet your requirements.

    And we will make it easy for you to choose a complex by asking you some clarifying questions in a friendly conversation over the phone

  • An advance payment of 30% of the full amount is due for each reservation made up to 5 working days after confirmation. The rest of the reservation is payable on arrival.

    The advance is paid electronically through the site at the time of booking, or by bank transfer to an account:

    If we do not receive your advance payment on time, your reservation is not guaranteed and can be canceled.

    Bookings made online through our site at a favorable ‘Welcome’ rate are paid 100% in advance upon reservation.

    Reservations for New Year’s Eve at the Grand Monastery and Monastery 2, Pamporovo complexes are to be paid 100% in advance.

  • Cancellations without penalty on confirmed and paid reservations are possible up to 14 days before the date of arrival. The amount paid will be refunded within a month, less the bank fee.

    Cancellation less than 14 days before arrival is possible with a penalty of 30%, ie the down payment will not be refunded.

    The advance can be used for another booking of these guests in the same season.

    A cancellation fee of 100%, regardless of the date, is due for all bookings made online at the favorable ‘Welcome’ tariff, which is fully prepaid.

    If you change your reservation (instead of canceling) the amount will be recalculated without refunding the excess amount.

    If the no-show date does not arrive, the full amount of the advance payment is due, without the right to use the amount for another reservation.

  • Requests for change in the parameters of paid reservations by the User are accepted only if they are made in writing – by email at reservations@laguna-tours.com.

    LAGUNA TOURS will do its best to satisfy the desire for change, but does not guarantee the result. Whenever possible, the change shall become effective upon written confirmation by LAGUNA TOURS and upon payment by the client, if such is due under the new conditions.

    Customers do not owe any penalties or fees for changes to the reservation.

     
  • Accommodation in all complexes starts after 14.00.

    For check-in and check-in, guests first go to the central Diamond Reception desk (not applicable to the Olympus and Dolce Deluxe / Dolce Vita 2 resorts).

    Leaving the apartment by 12.00 h.

    If you would like to leave later, check with the Diamond Reception two days earlier to see if it is possible.

    If yes, 60 BGN for departure till 17.00 / 100 BGN till 22.00.
