  • All prices listed on our website are final, they include VAT (of between 9% and 20%, depending on the service) and resort tax . Regardless of the payment method chosen, the price of your booking shall not incur any extra charges, nor shall any such be due upon arrival.

    LAGUNA TOURS LTD reserves the right to change the prices and special offers listed, both on line and off-line, depending upon the rate of demand and the availability of vacancies. Amounts stated as due for bookings already confirmed or paid shall remain the same, regardless of any new price offers announced thereafter.

    The stated price includes: accommodation provided to the maximum sleeping capacity of the apartment booked, free WiFi, guarded parking space, swimming pool with sunbeds, 1 sun-lounger + 1 umbrella on the St. Vlas beach (per day, per apartment), daily cleaning service, change of linen and towels twice a week, free access to our entertainment programmes for children within the Dinevi Resort, all due VAT and resort taxes.

  • For each confirmed  booking, an advance payment of 30% of the full amount is due within 5 working days following the date of confirmation. The rest can be paid upon arrival.

    Advance payments may be made on-line by debit or credit card – via the booking process on our website.

    If an advance payment is not received in time, the reservation is automatically regarded as not guaranteed and may be cancelled.

    All ‘Welcome’ rate (low-price) reservations made online via our website must be paid 100% upfront, so the full payment is due in advance when finalizing such a booking.

    Reservations for New Year’s Eve in the GRAND MONASTERY and the MONASTERY 2 holiday complexes in Pamporovo must also be paid 100% in advance.

  • Free cancellations of confirmed and paid reservations are possible up to 14 days before the date of arrival. The amount paid will be refunded in one month, with only due bank charges deducted.

    Cancellations made less than 14 days prior to arrival will result in a penalty fee of 30%, i.e. the advance payment shall not be refunded.

    The advance payment can, however, be used for another booking within the same season.

    Cancellation with a penalty fee of 100%, regardless of the date, is charged for all bookings made online at the beneficial ‘Welcome’ rate (which is fully pre-paid).

    If you decide to change (instead of cancel) such a booking, the amount shall be duly recalculated, yet no refund shall be made for any overpaid amount.

    Should the guest or guests fail to show up on the day of arrival (no-show), then the full amount of the advance payment shall be withheld as a penalty fee, without any right to use it for another booking.

  • Requests made on the part of the Guest to change the parameters of any paid reservations shall be accepted only in writing, i.e. if e-mailed to

    LAGUNA TOURS undertakes to do its best to accommodate the desired change, yet without any guarantee. If the change is considered possible, it becomes effective only upon email confirmation by LAGUNA TOURS and an additional payment by the customer, should any such be due under the new terms.

    Modifications do not incur any extra charges or penalties.

  • Check-in, for all holiday complexes, is possible after 2 pm (14:00 h).

    For due accommodation and registration, all guests should visit the central reception in the DIAMANT complex*

             *except guests for OLYMP and Dolce Deluxe/Dolce Vita 2 who                 may check in at Olymp and Dolce      Deluxe reception desks.

    Check-out is due no later than midday, i.e. by 12 am (12:00 h).

    If you wish to check-out later, please contact the central reception in Diamond complex at least two days in advance to ask if it might be possible.
    If it is, you will need to pay 60 BGN for a late check-out up until 5 pm (17:00 h) or 100 BGN – for a late check-out up until 10 pm (22:00 h).
